Do you speak English?
Yes. Our mechanics speak English, Serbian and Russian — we explain everything in plain language, no workshop jargon.
How soon can I get an appointment?
Usually the same or next day. Small jobs like an oil change or tyre swap are often done on the spot if you arrive before 4 pm.
Can I bring my own parts?
Yes, then you only pay for labour. If a part turns out to be wrong for your car, we tell you before any work starts.
How can I pay?
Cash in dinars, card or bank transfer. We issue invoices for companies. You pay when the work is done; a deposit only for special-order parts.
My car broke down — what now?
Call us: we'll tell you whether it's safe to drive on. We come out across Novi Sad with a scanner and can help arrange a tow.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — six months on the work we carry out. We agree the terms before starting and put them in writing. Used parts you bring yourself are not covered.
