Processing follows Serbia's Personal Data Protection Act (Zakon o zaštiti podataka o ličnosti).

Through the booking form: your name and phone number, plus — if you choose to add them — your car make and model, preferred time and a message.

Technical data when the form is submitted: the timestamp and internal markers needed for spam protection.

We do not collect card details and never ask for identity documents through the site.

The only purpose is to get back to you about your request: clarify the problem, agree on a time slot and quote the work.

The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

We do not use your contact details for newsletters and do not pass them to third parties for marketing.

Your request is stored in the site database and forwarded as a Telegram message to the staff who handle bookings.

Technical providers running the infrastructure: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Cloudflare (image storage), Telegram (notifications). They act as processors and do not use the data for their own purposes.

Data may be stored on servers within the European Union.

Requests are kept no longer than needed to handle the enquiry and confirm the work carried out. We delete a request sooner if you ask us to.

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, get a copy, correct inaccuracies, request erasure or restriction of processing, and withdraw your consent.

If you believe your rights have been breached, you may contact Serbia's Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

The site runs over HTTPS. Only authorised staff can access requests, through the site admin panel.

When we change this policy we update the date at the top of the page. The current version is always available at this address.
